First Born

The name of this bold and spiced blend speaks for itself. First Born is the blend that inspired T'Teas and reminded me of what I love most; bringing community together through tea. First Born honors new beginnings and returning to self. This blend is inspired by my favorite Caribbean drink Sorrel.

Ingredients and their Benefits

Hibiscus - aids in soothing hot and fever conditions, digestion, lowers cholesterol levels and blood sugar.

Spearmint - Useful for fevers, indigestion, and cramps. Aids in hormone balancing. Spearmint also supports uplifting your mood by calming the nervous system.

Ginger - supports the digestive tract in absorbing nutrients, improves iron absorption, and is an anti-inflammatory.

Steeping instructions: Boil fresh water, pour water over your tea leaves or in a tea bag in your favorite mug/cup, and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea leaves or bag then sweeten as desired. Recommended to use 1-2 tablespoons per 8oz of water
