Space Elder

Space Elder is my most peculiar blend. Sometimes people are meant to be in our lives for a second to share, a moment to teach, a lifetime to love. Space Elder was gifted to me during a 7 minute interaction of unknowing and I instantly fell in love. This blend honors the gifts of the unknown.

White Tea - potent antioxidants that helps support immune health, lower inflammation, lightly caffeined which can be used to lower caffeine intake

Chamomile - Aids in soothing nervousness and irritability, one of the first herbs to reach for when looking for digestive support, soothes menstrual cramps and back pains. Good remedy for insomnia.

Elderberry - Antiviral, clears mucus, anti-inflammatory, prevents and quickly aids upper respiratory infections, 

Ginger - supports the digestive tract in absorbing nutrients, improves iron absorption, and is an anti-inflammatory.

Light Caffeine

Steeping Instructions

Boil fresh water and let it cool for 2 minutes. Pour cooled water over your tea leaves or in a tea bag in your favorite mug/cup, and steep for 3 minutes. Remove tea leaves or bag then sweeten as desired. Recommended to use 1-2 tablespoons per 8oz of water.
